Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

We are also registered and recognised by all larger private medical insurance companies including

BUPA, Aviva, Nuffield Health, WHA and AXA PPP.

For private health insurance members:

Here at Physiofit West Wales, we want to make sure that you do everything right to ensure your health insurance covers your treatment here with us.

We'll invoice your insurance company directly so there's no need for you to pay up front. You don't have to worry about a thing.

Patients who want to use their Cash Health Plan will need to pay for their consultations each time they attend an appointment. The physiotherapist will provide you with a signed receipt, which you can send to your provider for a refund.

Private health insurance

If you have private insurance, you should know:

A GP or consultant referral is usually required
If you don't have a referral, you may have to make a GP appointment prior to your physiotherapy appointment.
After your approval from your GP, you should call your insurance company and inform them.
On your first appointment with us, please bring your membership number and authorisation number
