Josie Hiscock

Josie studied her BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy at the Brunel University,  London and qualified in 2000 and is a Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and HCPC registered.

Specialism - Musculoskeletal (MSK), Neurophysiotherapy, Elderly Care, Hydrotherapy, Women's Health.



After graduating in 2000, Josie began her career within the NHS at North Hampshire Hospital where she worked from 2000-2005 in MSK, Respiratory and Elective Trauma & Orthopedics and Specialist Hand Therapy & Rehabilitation.

With a growing young family of 4 children, they relocated from Reading to Pembrokeshire to be on the coast and enjoy a safe community to bring up their children.

Josie then joined Physiofit West Wales in 2010 where she is based in our Milford Haven clinic and also carries out vital home visits across the county.  Josie is very hands-on and has a wealth of experience which allows patients to be at ease. She also provides hydrotherapy, and did so for many years with a local arthritis group.
