Practice Manager for the team at Physiofit West Wales

Jo originates from rural Herefordshire, the daughter of an artist / interior designer. with a passion for graphic design. Having holidayed in Pembrokeshire since she was born, she was drawn to the coast after living and working in Bath for over 20 years, as a Marketing / Design Manager specialising in photography and graphic design.

Jo was introduced to Physiofit by her mother a loyal patient of Jeroen's when the sister company Physio-Plan introduced the Wellness card® to Pembrokeshire. Utilising her skills in graphic design to assist with the creation of the brand.

She's now the voice you'll hear on the phone at Physiofit, managing the diaries across all 4 clinics, assisting with patient triage, booking appointments, managing the website, creating our database and running the complex systems to ensure we provide the best and most efficient patient care.

We can all certainly say : "There is no show without Jo !!"

Jo joined Physiofit in 2020 and works part time, but is never far from reach.  She also works for herself as a Freelance Brand & Website Designer for Independent Businesses across Pembrokeshire.
